Finding deals this time of year can be a lot of fun... but sometimes I feel like I am wading through a lot of STUFF to get to the GOOD STUFF.  Enter Cheap Today - the site where friends hunt FOR YOU, for the best deals on the web.  Cyber Monday was a breeze - Cheap Today listed link upon link of great online deals.  The best part is that Cheap Today is not just there on the BIG days, but it is available all the time.  I was turned onto this site from my friends at Bzz agent, and I will definitely be keeping my tab on this page.  Just follow this link to the page and then get signed up for their newsletter - a direct line to your inbox of all the top deals, this holiday season, and all year round. 

Wicked Fresh

I have had the chance to get some great samples from Bzz agent - the last one I really liked a lot was the sample of Tom's of Maine Wicked Fresh toothpaste.  It is a great natural toothpaste and does a great job of making your breath fresh. It wasn't my fave for that "squeaky clean feeling" on my teeth, but the breath freshening factor was amazing - I even woke up with breath that didn't scare my husband!  (Now, if I could just get HIM to try it!?)  Tom's of Maine is a great company - they give their people paid time off to serve in volunteer spots (how great is that!?) and the products they make are not only top notch, but they work hard to make as much as possible of the entire package recycle-able (even the tubes!).  So here is my "thumbs up" for Tom's of Maine Wicked Fresh Toothpaste!

Pillsbury Coupons!

Again, with this time of year, stores are lowering prices and creating combos for great dollar savings!  Pillsbury is helping us out with a bundle of coupons to print.  Just follow this link... You do have to "become a member" of Pillsbury.com to print the coupons - a minor thing - but worth it if you can use the coupons and get those savings!

Yummy Turkey Casserole

We are getting a LITTLE tired of turkey around here.  I love all of the creative and unusual ideas on the net of ways to remake your turkey.  Some of them seem so - experimental - though... and my kids don't like to eat experiments!

Another things is I have all these stuffing packages, canned soups, and turkey, and I needed a way to reformulate my turkey so my kids will eat it!  Voila - enter the recipe for Yummy Turkey Casserole.  It takes the ingredients mentioned above (plus swiss cheese, milk, and butter), and your kids will eat this meal!  Pair it with leftover carrot sticks and celery, and you have a great, fast lunch meal!  Add some cooked veggies and brown rice and you have dinner!

Yummy Turkey Casserole

Leftover turkey enough to cover the base of a 9x 13 pan, about 1 inch deep

8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
2 c. Stove Top stuffing mix
1/3 c. melted butter

Spray a 9 x 13 pan, place turkey in pan. Top with Swiss cheese. Combine soup and milk, pour over cheese. Sprinkle stuffing mix over top of casserole. Drizzle melted butter over stuffing mix. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, until heated through.  Eat and enjoy!
